How to add keywords to your website for best possible ranking in the search engines? Keywords are words that are relevant to your website and adding these keywords to your website “the right way” will increase your ranking in the search engines and get your site more targeted traffic.
The more you have targeted traffic, the more you make money.
Your goal is to make it to the first page of Google, because when people search for information on the search engines they often use only the top ten results on the first page.Your job is to add the correct keywords to your site and also improve your site everyday so it provides excellent content for your visitors.
So, how to add keywords to your website for best results? Here are a few simple ideas that work.
1.Before writing a new article or blog post, do a keyword research with Google Keyword Tool. You can also research for better keywords for content you have all ready posted on your site. Click here for a video about how to use Google Keyword tool.
2.Write relevant content. If your website is about home business marketing tips, write about things related to that and not about flowers or gardening for instance.
3.Outsource your article writing. Many content writers have lots of experience in making good keyword laden content for your site.
4.Use meta tags.Meta-tags are not that important anymore, the big search engines mostly ignore them but there are some smaller search engines that still support them.It does not hurt to have them in place. You can read more about how to use meta-tags here.
5.Search the internet for more tips and advice about how to add keywords to your website. The internet is full of guidelines and methods for optimizing your website for the search engines.Forums are excellent places to look for information and ask questions.

Great info, the only thing I would add is that the free tools like Google’s are definitely limited. Also, the proper research takes a great deal of time. If you are serious about traffic and rankings I recommend you look into Market Samurai or other similar tools to help you succeed. Good luck!
