If you have to pay to get a job, or pay a fee for job information, chances are its a scam. There is to much free information about making a living from your home, it’s some of the tools of the trade, that cost you the money to work at home.
I suppose the only ways to make money online without spending anything at all is to use bum marketing or set up a free blog and promote products. Otherwise, you will have to spend some money on tools such as a professional auto responder service (like Aweber) to build a list, domain names and hosting to set up your own products or Adsense websites, etc…

Hi, I am visually impaired and have been doing a lot of searching for a job at home with no fees. I can use easy web sites and am good on the phone. I have been ripped off twice by home based businesses so I refuse to spend any more money to get a job. I just want an employer to hire me and a pay cheque.

I agree that you shouldn’t have to pay to work, but their will be some cost to starting a website. Is this the same as paying to work. One thing that should cost is advice. There are too many free advice sites out their for anyone to pay for it.
Very nice post. However I feel that alot of people mistake the difference between an investment and a fee. You are right we should never have to pay to get a JOB. But if you are starting a business like launching a website where all proceed you keep then that is a business. vs. being paid to build a website.

You should never pay for a job or to be employed. When I first started looking for an income online I ran into several sites promising me employment if I sent them a fee. Of course that got me know where.
I chose to start an online biz, and that worked for me. However for those that are seeking employment do not give up on your search. You will have to work hard and continue to seek job openings. But with research, and with time there are great jobs out there.

When I started out, I landed into a lot of pits but then it all slowly sorted itself out and I learnt to recognize scams vs. real free and legitimate work from jobs jobs better. I have been searching for at home opportunities that have no cost when signing up with a company. I am very familier with computers and I can type like no other. The problem is is that even job forums where i have signed up just give me lots of junk mail and require me to pay for this that and the other after I sign up with them. I would love to access a position where I can work from home. I have a 2 year old daughter and right now finding work is unbelievable hard because I don’t have access to a babysitter. I just need something part time but if i find a position I would be more than glad to sign up.
