Another way of earning money through your blog is through affiliate programs. Choose an affiliate program that is relevant to the contents of your blog. For instance, if your blog is all about internet marketing and work at home opportunities, it would be wise to join affiliate programs and legal money making opportunities.
On the internet, everything comes down to one thing which is traffic.The more you get targeted traffic to your blog, the more money you will make.By using a Wordpress blog and marketing your site with Web2.0 strategies you will get all the targeted traffic you can imagine.

Great stuff here… I already ‘pay my bills’ from blogging and affiliate marketing. In terms of blogging, make sure you choose a subject that you are both interested and knowledgeable in, too many blogs are started up and posted on for a could of weeks but then fade away.
