Making money with blogging seems like a good idea to many people who get into it daily.Making money with blogging becomes a nightmare to most people because monetizing a blog correctly is tricky.Only 1% of those starting a blog makes the kind of money that helps paying the bills.
The 1% who succeed at this are able to earn enough money to live comfortably while working from home.In fact, many bloggers who have successfully monetized their blogs are earning a nice 5-figure income a year. So, work at home with blogging can pay your bills. Blogging can be an extremely lucrative online home business if you have the talent and right attitude.Making money with blogging is becoming a career option for many when they see what kind of money it is possible to make.It is hard work and long hours in the beginning though.

Those who are and will be successful with blogging have invested a lot of effort, time and talent into their blog. They think of their blog as a business instead of a hobby, and are very passionate about it. In other words, blogging is not just about writing something, it about writing something interesting for the readers.
To become successful, bloggers must anticipate what his or her readers want to read. Once the blogger has the readers attention, there is a great chance that the readers will return to the blog for more.When the traffic increases, there is high potential to earn money through the blog.
Monetizing your blog:
Some writers feel quite strongly about monetizing their blogs, because the blog will have advertisements, icons and banners all over.Nobody really wants to put a lot of ads on their site, but the ads bring in the money.This is what makes the high income work at home possible. If your blog has huge traffic, and you wish to monetize it you need to be prepared to put aside some space for your advertisers.
A word of caution though, do not put too many advertisements in your blog otherwise your site will become too crowded and difficult to navigate. Most readers would shy away from blogs that are difficult to navigate and if you lose your readers, you will lose your income. Most online advertisers pay the site owners according to the number of views or clicks make on their ads. If the traffic to your site decreases, naturally, your income will be affected.
Another way of earning money through your blog is through affiliate programs. Choose an affiliate program that is relevant to the contents of your blog. For instance, if your blog is all about internet marketing and work at home opportunities, it would be wise to join affiliate programs and legal money making opportunities.
On the internet, everything comes down to one thing which is traffic.The more you get targeted traffic to your blog, the more money you will make.By using a Wordpress blog and marketing your site with Web2.0 strategies you will get all the targeted traffic you can imagine.

Great stuff here… I already ‘pay my bills’ from blogging and affiliate marketing. In terms of blogging, make sure you choose a subject that you are both interested and knowledgeable in, too many blogs are started up and posted on for a could of weeks but then fade away.
If your blog is to be successful you need fresh, interesting, and original content, then build over time and people will come…
