There are many myths about blogging.In my opinion, some are true and some are not.Here are some examples.
1.“Anyone can start a blog”.
Sure, anyone can go to Blogspot or some other free service and open an account in 2 minutes or less.They have just started a blog.However, you must also know how to use a computer, have internet access and some experience of using the internet to be able to start a blog.
2.“Anyone can set up a blog”.
Free blogs (like Blogspot) are easy to setup, but if you are going to make something out of blogging you will need a web host and a domain name.You must also know how to setup things at your web host, uploading files, choosing a blog theme, installing different things and so on. Are you familiar with all these things? There are people who have no idea how to do these things.
3.“Blogging does not take a lot of time”.
This is a myth that can be true or false.In many cases you might have a very clear idea of what you are going to blog about that day, the next day you might get the so called “writer

‘Blogging Does Not Take A Lot Of Time’ is probably eh biggest myth. Sure it may not if you are only making short statements about your life. But if you are serious about your blog and want decent traffic, then you need to invest quite a bit of time.
Hey Tom, thanks for stopping by and leaving another comment.You are right, many people think blogging is easy and quick.However, if you are looking to create great content it takes a lot of time when you need to do research and then writing the post itself, personally I am working at it about 3 hours per day.
