I couldn’t get past your first point. That is pure gold! So instead of telling people why they should buy, you are making them think ‘what am I missing if I don’t buy this?’

1)where you say quite rightly ” People often fear loss more than they desire gain”
and

5)”Add more value instead of lowering your price” – I think that we forget that people equate lower prices with low quality.

This is a very interesting article. I agree with everything the author wrote, and number 2 in my opinion is the most important. Be nice and respectful to people. This is the best way to increase traffic to your site and to keep clients.

I would add personal contact, people like to know that they are buying from a person and not a machine.A way that they can personally contact you will be a winner.
