5 Ways To Get All The Back links You Ever Need

ADVERTISEMENTS

by Tom

As website owners we are marketing our sites to get traffic so we can become an authority in our niche in the search engines. This organic traffic that comes from the search engines is often highly targeted and valuable because it is most likely to earn us money.

To get a steady stream of search engine traffic (that will never stop) we need to build back links and there are many no cost ways to do this.

1.Remote blogs
Remote blogs like Tumblr and Xanga are great places to write information and then back link to your own site. These remote blogs are highly ranked in the search engines which means you will get links back to your site that are valuable and will boost your own ranking over time.

2.Forums
Participating in Warrior Forum, 5 star affiliate forum and other “do follow” forums an hour per day helping others by answering questions you will get valuable back links to your site. Here is a list of list of 120 dollow forums you can use.

3.Articles
Writing good information rich articles and then submitting them to article directories will get you back links as well. This is the ultimate “set and forget” traffic technique that has been around for a long time and will not disappear.By submitting just one article using an article submission service to get more leverage, you can have hundreds of back links coming to your site over time.

4.Blog commenting
Visit other sites and blogs related to yours and leave a useful comment on a post you like. You need to fill in your name, email and website address. If the site owner approves your comment, your name will serve as the link back to your site.If you are well known then this tactic will work for you, but you would really like links back to your site that has your main keywords in them for best results.MyBlogLog.com and Blogcatalog.com are good places to find related blogs to comment on.

5.Trackbacks
This is a much better way of getting back links than blog commenting.By using track backs you will get links back to your site with keywords that will help you rank in the search engines.Trackbacks can be done manually (see the video here below) or using a software called UtilityPoster.

This is a very informative article especially on the introduction of utility post. A lot of people nowadays have been informed about SEnuke and many other software that’s available online, and to have an additional information on building trackbacks is a great opportunity especially among those bloggers or website owners who practices SEO with their blogs. This sure can help add traffic to you site in terms of niche management services and tagging.

Hi Dale, thanks for commenting.Trackbacks are high value links because the link will be a keyword instead of just your name as it is when you comment on someones blog.

Great post – I’m bookmarking it.
One comment on article submissions – I would not recommend simply taking content from your website and submitting it to numerous article submission services, you can run into duplicate content problems. So take the time and effort to rewrite your content if you are using that approach.

I think it is a smart plan to have diversity of your backlinks. You don’t want all your links coming from the same sources. Update content on your site and offer something worthy of linking to your readers and your links will soar.

You can get a decent improve in rankings from blog commenting and unique content. Articles generally don’t seem to be worth all that much in terms of link juice unless they are from your own site.

I find using a mix of all of the above helps. Ie Building some remote blogs and then adding links using blog comments and social bookmarking to them. The same with articles. I usually point forum links back to my main site though.

One thing to note, when doing SEo to try and increase positions in the SERPs, dont stick to just one method. rather do a bit of everything, ie, backlinks from blog and forums, content, articles etc. a bigger variety will be better long term strategy.
