Affiliate marketers are always looking for the successful market that gives the biggest income, newbie affiliate marketers think it is a magic formula that is readily available for them.Unfortunately, there is no magic formula there is only proven marketing tactics that are working now and will work for years to come.
Tactic 1:
Use a separate domain name for each affiliate product you are promoting, instead of lumping it all together to save a few dollars on web hosting.It is best to have a site focusing on each and every product and nothing more.
Make it as easy as possible for the buyer to understand what the product is all about by including product reviews and testimonials from people that have tried the product.Ask for permission to use their names and photos on the site of the specific affiliate product you are marketing.
Write short articles about the product, how to use it, benefits and so on.Include these articles on the website as an additional page. Make the pages attractive compelling and include calls to act on the information. Each headline should attract the readers to try and read more, even contact you. Highlight your special points to help your readers learn what the page is about and will want to find out more.
Tactic 2:
Write a report about the product (include your affiliate link) and offer it as a freebie when people sign up on your mailing list.Only two things can possibly happen with the web page alone: closed sale or the prospect leaving the page and never return again.By placing useful information into their in-boxes at certain specified period, you will remind them of the product they thought they want later and will find out that the sale is closed. Be sure that the content is directed toward specific reasons to buy the product.
Do not make it sound like a sales pitch, make it sound like valuable information of how the product can make things easier and life more enjoyable.To make sure the email is opened, you need to use a compelling subject line.
Tactic 3:
You need to get targeted traffic to your sales page promoting the affiliate product.You must get people to visit your site who are interested in things you have to offer.The easiest way to do this is to write articles which you submit to article directories manually.
By using an article submission service you can speed up the process and start making money much faster than of you submit your articles manually.
By continuously writing a minimum of 3 articles per week with 400-600 words in length, you can quickly generate 100+ targeted visitors to your site every day.Remember that only 1% , 1 out of 100 people, will actually buy your affiliate product on average. These affiliate marketing tactics are not difficult to do, all it takes is a little time every day and an action plan.
Try to use these tips for several affiliate marketing programs.You can end maintaining a good source of income and surviving in this business that not all marketers can do. Besides, think of the huge paychecks you will be receiving.

I have tried the multiple affiliate products on one domain and you are so right, it usually just adds up to a lot of work directing traffic with little results. Even though I knew in my mind that I prefer a page that promotes one thing, yet I didn’t create pages like that myself for quite a while. Instead I just wondered if it was the traffic I was sending to that page.
I haven’t written any reports on products even though I know I should. I guess I let myself get too many things on the go.
In 2009 I have tried, even though it’s still only January, to start less sites and focus on making more with the sites I already have.
Maybe I will even find the time to write a few reports.
