Very nice way of earning some money.
I used to use TLA a lot myself, but haven’t been doing so recently. In my experience they’ve been great, but there are still better services out there.

On a site that advertised text link ads they quoted a price for an ad on my blog.
Over the past few months my Technorati rank has halved but the price has stayed the same. So, I’m not keen.
(Mine’s a low traffic blog at the moment so it’s not really an option for me at the moment anyway).
