Dex - I have noticed that saving tasks for “a rainy day” when running a home business can work when you have new things you need to test.Otherwise I use my proven techniques on a daily basis.
With so many distractions at home it takes great determination and motivation to actually get everything done for the day.
Its an informative post and I got some new from this post so I am agree that Asking for guidance of the boss is one thing, manipulating employees can often eat chunks of the boss’s time by delegating upwards in the chain, freeing them to do other things they may be more comfortable performing.
Running our own business would require us to calculate exactly how much our employee time is worth. I myself would rather do all the things by myself. But I can’t say it’s easy, most often it’s not.But I guess that is the price we should pay for running our own business
