It depends on what you are selling. If you are selling tangible products like DVDs you will need somewhere to store those items ready to be shipped out.
Don’t forget that how much space you use in your home also affects how much you can attribute as a business expense.

In addition to how much space your using - make sure you track how often and for what purpose you’re using your space. The IRS is quite a stickler when it comes to actually writing off a home office, it can be a total pain.
Agree with Dex, it all depends on how much office space you take up within your own premises.
