Social Site Review: Digg.com

Digg.com is the biggest and most widely read social site, and as far as I know it is also the oldest social news site. In the beginning you could just read the news, but now you can submit news stories and vote on stories you like.
Digg can deliver highly targeted traffic to your website as well, because you can add your URL in your profile. The more you participate, the more traffic you will receive over time because people will visit your profile to learn more about you.
Thousands of stories get submitted to Digg everyday, and even more people visit the site to read them as social sites are very popular these days. Not only can you save your stories like bookmarks you can return to later, but other people can review your stories and vote for them.
When you submit a new story to Digg give it a descriptive title, a short description that makes people want to click on the link to read the story, and the URL where it is located on the internet, and assign it to the correct news categories.Popular news categories are business, politics, technology and entertainment. The more votes your story receives the better, people will visit your profile and click through to your website.
You can and should write your own stories and submit them to Digg, but vote for other peoples stories as well.If your story becomes highly popular it can be featured on the front page of Digg, and this can mean tens of thousands of hits to your site in a very short period of time.
Digg is a social site and a community. You can add friends and make new contacts and work together by voting on each others stories to make them popular. You can also use the in-built “shout” feature to let people know about the stories you submitted so they can vote on them.Get involved in Digg, I use it several times per week to market my home business and vote, comment and read interesting stories.
If you are running a home based business online and are looking to boost your traffic over a short period of time, I highly recommend looking into Digg and social bookmarking in general.

How many post and comment that we should do to see an increasing number of visitor? I do post and comment for 1 or 2. I don’t like to do a spam.
