Every blogger has their own view of what a user friendly site is.Personally, I think a site should provide a good experience for the visitor and it should be easy to find what you are looking for.By making sure the site is readable, has easy navigation, fast page loading, will get you a long way.

    Its amazing how some bloggers choose to use horrible colours for their theme. Using colours like black, purple, green, and yellow make it extremely difficult to read the text and it strains your eyes. Its always best to use black text on a white background.
