Increased Website Traffic

November 2, 2007 by admin · 10 Comments

If you want increased website traffic there are many ways you can go about it.This is how I personally get 600+ unique visitors every single day!

1. A simple way for increased website traffic is blogging. I would recommend a Wordpress blog, which you will host on your own space (hosting company). If your blog is hosted by Wordpress then you will not be in charge of your content, and you can be put out of business whenever they decide.A Wordpress blog is also extremely easy to update and customize as you like. Be careful when choosing the hosting company, the downtime needs to be as low as possible.

2. Blogs are loved by Google, and If you put in the effort to market your blog on a daily basis by writing a new unique quality post related to the subject of your blog, and then pinging your blog with one of the pinging services. Learn all you can about Web2.0 techniques, as this clearly is the best way to get free targeted traffic to your blog.

3. Get increased website traffic by writing articles.Yes, I had a hard time coming up with something so good that my visitors would find useful and be interesting. Especially, when English is not my mother tongue, this is not the easiest thing to do.

However, the internet is full of surprises and I found an online business that writes private label articles that you can use on your blog to build content. The more quality content you have, the more you will receive targeted traffic to your website from the search engines. Always re-write your PLR articles to make sure they are unique. Duplicate content is not very popular by the search engines.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 daily for increased website traffic.Do this daily, and you will have 600+ visitors per day visiting your blog. This will not happen over night, but it will happen if you are consistent and work every day. Blog communities like Mybloglog and Squidoo are great places to meet new people and get them to visit your blog, and you will also find useful tips and advice from other people.Spend some time on these everyday.Get active!

Agreed. Good tips here. One thing I don’t quite follow, however, is this pinging thing. How important is this, really? And, why? Isn’t it good enough to simply have your RSS feed address prominently displayed on your blog?

  5. Buddy, I don’t think you’re even getting 600 visitors a day!
